You will find us in an established holiday area called the Welcome Family Holiday Park. This is a very popular resort which is just five minutes walk to beautiful safe sandy beaches and short drive away from the glorious moors of Devon and Cornwall. The resort provides wonderful facilities for all the family including Tropicana indoor swimming pools and Cruisers club entertainment where children have their own Jolly Rogers Club with games and competitions.
Getting to Dawlish Warren is very easy, with accessible motorway links which takes fifteen minutes to drive from the M5 to the property. Dawlish Warren Railway Station is just 5 minutes walk away, there is an excellent regular bus service just outside the resort which would take non car drivers to the numerous favourite holiday attractions.

There is a double bedroom and a larger bedroom which sleeps four. Within this room you will find one set of bunk beds and two additional single beds. The bathroom provides a bath and electric shower with separate toilet.Down stairs
