RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To make and secure a booking,please request a booking
form by email or telephone.
Confirmation of your booking and an invoice will be sent to you by return.
A deposit of 100.00 is required at the time of booking.
The final balance is due 4 weeks prior to departure.
If the final payment has not been received by this date,the booking may be treated as a cancellation and the deposit forfeited. Should the booking be made within 4 weeks of the departure date, the full amount is payable immediately.
For last minute bookings only:- full cash payment will be required on arrival, payable to Tracy Howard our Premises Manager along with a 100 refundable deposit.
The rental period starts Sat 2pm and finishes Sat 10am on the last day. If your travel arrangements are outside this period, it may be possible to accept a booking subject to availability.
Prices shown are for one week rentals, and based on your arrival date for up to six guests.

The full address, directions and contact details for the keys will be forwarded should you rent the villa.
The villa should be left in the same good condition as when first occupied. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge, if not replaced.
The use of accommodation and any amenities provided by the owners is entirely at the user's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any injuries to persons or loss or damage to any belongings of persons who use them.
